Mine came in today and was hoping it would solve my air leakage problem I always have where once it starts to inflate either the gripper pops off or some skin pops out. So I had been sticking to balooning, which is uncomfortable sometimes. So I tried out my new air dtr kit, but still having the same issue, but not as bad and can get a decent amount of pressure before it pops off.
I also had a really hard time trying to get the gripper over the foreskin while that nylon washer was installed. Well a lightbulb went off in my head and once I had the foreskin over the inner gripper, I put on a brocolli band to hold it in place then flipped the outer gripper over the brocolli band and skin and walla....and to my suprise no air leakage or skin slipping out and is quite comfortable and I can get some extreme pressure going if I want.
So will try this technique out for a bit and see how it goes...I will probably still do balloning as I have been gettin really good results from that since I both balloon and tug at the same time while I am working at my desk for long periods of time....I use a pully/string attached to bottom of my desk with one end attached to the dtr and the other the 2 lbs of fishing weights to tug while I balloon.

Got my idea from pissing in my dtr in the shower, than tried a syringe on a 1/4inch nylon tube..hardly practical and quickly fizzled out of existance.

I cannot wait to try this out

very cool adaptation for dtr! the recap ez inflatable gripper/cone were SO uncomfortable although they held a great seal [til the latex started tearing and hissing dur. pumping in the air months ago, now rectified]. Just re-latexed my ez-i, replaced metal catch for the splint, schrader valve/cap/plastic ties, etc... took a few hours and now i have blisters on my thumbs. I figure another, perhaps slightly smaller, new clear YSC will hold more comfortably on that one [more or less the same shape as recap plate].

I have an old bp-cuff pump [no leaks/cracks] and just need to get narrower balloons to fit the thinner [DTR-air] tubing. Luckily balloons [w/lube of course] dont irritate my penis and plan to also use them with this method. Ive had good progress with them. Ordered yesterday!

turns out the tinier [moistened 1st] balloons fit great on my new air-dtr!!! i prefer the balloons actually.

very comfortable! I use it w/a BP cuff, balloon setup. i wore it for about a half-hour test, without incident. I really like the washer idea to hold the skin on better, its subtle but makes a good difference.

I used air method before, but air leakage was problem. Since using air DTR kit, basically just replaced the tube going into the DTR with the one that came in the kit, as well as the little plastic piece that goes on top, the leaking issue has been 100% resolved.

This method works very well for me. I used to do bi-directional for years pretty darn consistently with the DTR and also the Cat-II with unbelievably slow growth. If I only used bi-directional, I would certainly die of old age before getting full flaccid coverage.

Really hoping I can get much faster results now.

It's all about blowing up foreskins now. Pure air or balloons. I think all other methods are done like a bun in the sun.

We need to make these things airtight and do it painlessly so we can use air all day long without fear of pain or tissue damage.

For me the Problem is covering up the peehole with bandages(stop air entering the urethra) and if you use your dtr as dual tension and air, it is a pita to break down and rebuild.
If your pressure is right, no way can a guy last more than a couple hours. Cannot see a full day use(remember to pull tape off before urinating)
Well, I suppose the type of work can dictate useage, but a man who labors for a living would have some obstacles.

If you guys likethe dtr air, try ballooning your foreskin with urine in the shower if you can. Super mega stretch

DTR is awesome. Wildthunder makes good stuff.

But I think the DTR hurts too much. I fin ally have a way to balloon all day without any pain!

I have my own device I have made, using a funnel thingy from the Myskinclamp and Ron's YSC and a piece of rubber that keeps the YSC on!!!!!!!!!

The rubber just sits above it. To put this thing on I just stick my skin under the YSC after I have flipped it up.

This works!!!! ALL-DAY ballooning! No pinching! The only thing I feel, if anything, is the balloon holding the skin. It's not painful at all.

With all this new skin my penis feels a lot heavier! Now I hope it takes me LONGER to get to C9 simply because this is gonna make my penis good and heavy!
