Heat prevents me from tugging?

Well it is summer here in Israel and it is extremely hot, with temperatures passing the 40's

I don't have air con at my house(temperatures inside don't reach the 40's but it is still quite hot) and after a while the sweat slips the gripper off and I have to wash my skin and the DTR all over again.

I don't see a solution here but wanted to post it anyway to see if someone has a fix for this
