I'm wearing my new TLC Air. TLC-A, the simple one, not for tugging.

I love it. It's not painless forever but yeah, it's pretty damn comfortable.

And I think maybe the little pain I do get (after two hours) can be avoided if I squeeze down less on the cones. I'm just getting used to to it. It's kind of what I expected. Happily it doesn't seem to leak any air. The tube is sturdy. The whole product is of high quality and great design. The cones seem to be shaped very slightly off, but it's not an issue at all!

The balloon device of my own design I'd say is just as good but slightly different. Of course the air doesn't distribute itself everywhere with a balloon. But the balloon pud is easier to apply and can be banged around and won't come loose. But even so, the TLC Air gets pretty good marks for ease of application.

The amount of stretch I get with these two devices is shocking!

These two devices are effective and easy to wear and easy to remove.

Bless you Ron.

I'm going to have a relatively normal-sized quasi-normal foreskin within two years and relatively pain-free. And I'm talking about C9.

I have the new TLC Air also. It is extremely comfortable!

I'm pretty sure you can attach a weight to it also. The one designed to fit over the cone. So you get inflationary pressure and gravity working for you at the same time.

The device is not very long, so I think could be worn under shorts, another bonus!

Where do I find the TLC-A? I don't see it on the website.

Thanks Ron. Just bought the TLC flex. Nice that it has that strap attachment.

I've been getting crazy nice tension on both the outer and inner skin by inflating and tugging upwards with a strap. Pretty much nothing else gives me that kind of tension except for manual, but I think the air is much better at stimulating more growth.

I was looking at the product. I have one suggestion. Ron, is it possible to incorporate a valve into the pin structure which is also controlling the tension on the metal rod? If that won't work, is there another way that a closeable valve could be achieved so that there would not be the need for keeping the hose and the binder clip affixed in order to keep the air in the device?

I like the idea of the air tensioning but there needs to be a way to keep the air in the system while keeping the bulk of the product down for ease of wear. Is there a way you could incorporate a valve stem like there is in a car or bicycle tire to the inflated part of the Air Tugger to address this issue? Another example is air splints on an ambulance. A valve stem is used to remove the air from the splint and then the splint will work. The valve stem system locks the air out of the splint by being either pushed in or pulled out (I don't remember off the top of my head and do not have one in front of me at the moment). Why wouldn't something like this work in regards to keeping air from escaping the Air Tugger models?
