Default working it hard manually

Hello all, my fingers hurt from the keyboard electrical energy but I can't stop typing.

I am doing a lot of manual tugging lately. it's something I can do without equipment, even though I have the DTR. I can control what gets stretched, and I can get in tune with my body. I want to do more of this on my path. I even find it gives me a kind of trauma-integrating body work.

ok I'm doing mostly method 2 with a flaccid. I can't generally get erect with so much grief. I generally can't tug at all with too much grief, but medium level is perfect

i want to stretch the heck out of the inner remnant and make that huge. the only way I know how to do that is manually.

What do you guys say? One question, do you think it's possible to grow 2 or even three CM per month this way? I'm getting a lot more length even now but I think it's just looser skin as I just started? I think manual method is probably the best if one has time and focus. I am hitting this up. I think the key is to lose track of time when you're doing it, lose track of the months even and the years. I think the other key is to stay motivated, think of the girls, think of the marriage, think of the glory changed from shame
