Banning should never be a surprise. I would first remind someone to review our policy postings under welcome center unless they were flagrant.

can u unlock the account so i can clean it out or see wats left in there and ill del it after i have finished cleaning it. it would help save server space as its a dead account and just there taking up room unless its been del allready.
