Default Questions about tlc-x and packers?

I have a tlc tugger and love it. I've gained full erect coverage because of my tugger, but I want a new method to restore. My question is if I have full erect coverage should I get a packer with my tlc-x?How do I measure for a packer?I also have my frenulum intact will that be a problem using the tlc-x and packer?

Thanks for the help

I will assume you're asking about Pushers for your TLC-X.

The safe size to make your Pusher is with a nominal length equal to the distance past the tip you can force your skin to reach while erect. But I do think there's an ideal Pusher length, and you get to it by determining your FFRP http://foreskin-restoration.net/foru...2&postcount=44 and then fine-tuning the Pushing length with TLC Selects until the FFRP is at the narrowest part of the device when you apply it.
