Vitamin E promotes healthy skin, keeps the skin moist, and new cell and skin growth (along with hair and nails). Here are some of the more common foods that you can feel good about eating while restoring!
Keep in mind that vitamin E does originate from plants, so it isn't as common as you might expect. Foods -Almonds -Avocados (guacamole) -Broccoli -Kiwi -Olives -Particularly high amounts in Eggs -Peanuts -Peppers -Mangoes -Sunflower seeds -Tomatoes -Whole grain cereals Beverages -Anything that says "fortified with vitamin E" - V8 drinks -chocolate syrup -Mixed Vegetable & Fruit Drinks -Orange juice (canned with added vitamin E) -Tea *One of the few beverages with high amounts of Vitamin E, is a drink made by Arizona by the name of "Arizona RX Energy Herbal Tonic" Which has tons of herbs and vitamins. One 23 oz. can has 100% vitamin C, 25% Vitamin E , 25% Vitamin A, green tea, and gives a small energy boost. It tastes like a citrus fruit drink. It's definitely worth a try, (at 99c per can.)
