Throughout my reading, I've come across tons of info on regained sensitivity. I have an issue with being a bit of a quick fire. :( I am hoping to find info on the possibility of restoration helping with that. I'm aware that I can always "rekeratinize" if necessary...though I hope it's not! I want my body back.

Welcome Jason! No need to worry too much about keratinization/dekeratinization. As you progress in your restoration, you will see the problem will be easy to take care of. In the mean time, you found the proper place to get information, help, and answers to your questions.
Best regards,
Alfred.

The increase in sensitivity from dekeratinization makes it so that you don't have to thrust as hard to produce adequate stimulation to get any pleasure out of sex. The reason for the "quick fire" is that intense thrusting can easily push you over the threshold needed. As your glans becomes more sensitive, you'll feel a lot more from less friction, making it possible to thrust more slowly and still enjoy it.

Another thing you can do to help fix it is a technique known as "edging," which involves masturbating almost to the peak of sexual arousal but not quite going over. With some practice you'll get used to it, and it becomes a crude method of controlling how long you can last in bed. With the dekeratinization from restsoring, it gets easier.
