I looked at your pictures.
By "big part", do you mean the underside? It looked like it bunched up more on the underside (bottom) than on the top but sometimes it is hard to tell from pictures. Here are my thoughts/questions: Are you doing 1 session a day or multiple? In other words, what is your total tugging time per day? |

In line with Ron's advice, my suggestion is to aim for maximum time wearing your device each day. If that means tugging with more gentle tension, then do it gentle. Supposedly some people obtain results with short but intense tugging sessions - but I'm very dubious about such claims. If you look at people that have clearly documented results - and I mean, inches and inches of new skin leading to complete restoration - they all recommend tugging gently for a longer period of time.
Honestly, with the amount of skin you have you might not even need to use a strap yet. I can't really say - but just keep in mind that if you are like most people your natural instinct will be to stretch much harder than necessary. It is a mental battle and counter-intuitive.
