Default Sweet! A step forward?
I've been tugging manually for quite a few weeks now and using a crude weight on occassion. Last night, I was "inspecting" and noticed that there was quite a bit of shedding of skin on my internal remnant! I took the time to slough it off slowly and found the area to be all shiny and smooth...it was a great motivation to see even a small step forward!
