yup those pics at foreskinrestore.com are where I got started. the finger pull works best for me and after a few days i started to get some more slack and started noticing some kind of cool ridges forming inside what will become my foreskin that I can feel with my finger tips as I am tugging. being able to feel something different from when I started was very exciting and a huge plus over using a device, which doesnt show immediate results

my middle fingers seem to be too big, so I do it with my pointer fingers.

Hope this helps - You need to have a daily routine that you can stick to - progress is slow & hardly noticeable - but it does work over time. Don't be discouraged.
