If you are worried about your glans, do what I do for comfort - pad the glans end of the packer with small squares of tissue. This compresses and hardens with tension of course but it shapes around the glans and is a more forgiving surface. It also completely softens/rounds off the harder circular edge of the glans-side of the packer. ( This harder edge isn't a problem with Greg's custom insert as the cured silicon tends to be more rounded and irregular) A small square of rejuveness tape (or your own tape of choice) on the squares of tissue where it will be touching your glans will prevent it from sticking and tearing on removal.

As for tapered stackers... I didn't think tapered inserts makes a difference at all. Mitosis is the same. The way I understand it, the only factor that could give you what you're calling a baggy foreskin is lateral stretching (sideways/outwards), so it's the diameter of the insert that would cause this, but even then, it would have to be extremely big, I assume, to be a problem.

warm regards,

Mat

Thank you both for ur feedback..
Will give it a try then.. I guess I will go with the largest size then

Ultimately a custom made one with a perfect fit would be nice, maybe later on I can get the courage to try and make my own with silicone..but for now this wil do as a test.

Thanks again ,
Hugs.
