A question about CI number and dtr kit

Hello Everyone I am new here
I didn't know that the foreskin can be restored till I start searching the web and found this website,
After looking the TLC x and dtr I decided to order the Dtr kit and I am now waiting for it to arrive.
I need an opinion for two questions
1. Which CI number I am ?, please see the attached pic you can see there what's left of my foreskin
2. This is a good starting point ? And if from this starting point can I start using the DTR kit, or I need to do something else before ?

I'd agree you're probably a 3.

I think you have enough skin to use dtr. If it is difficult to use initially as bi-directional device, you can use it without the push rod as manual tugger.

I'd say C3.5 ish.

You have a lot to begin with and will have excellent results.

Stick with it and you will really like what's going to happen.

Just be sure to change your rubber bands often. That will keep the tension high.
