I use my TLC-X with Strap everyday to restore while I'm at work. I work in the IT Field and sit at a desk all day so it gives me a perfect schedule to restore, however, the pinching is killing me. Like I said, I use the suspenser strap to provide tension but no matter how many times I put on my TLC-X, it will pinch to the point where it gets painful and I have to make a dart for the restroom. This is every hour. So usually, once an hour my TLC will cause enough pain where I have to go to restroom to take it off, give my shaft skin a few seconds to rest and put it on and im good to go for an hour.
Other than that small complaint, I am making excellent restoration progress. I wear my TLC-X for around 8 or 9 hours at work, with a rest period when I take lunch and I've noticed more progress since I started incorporating manual tugging at night before I go to bed |

Always start with a freshly washed device and skin. For comfort roll skin as high up toward the narrow end of the Tugger body as you comfortably can to grip a wide area of skin. Work the skin before and after applying the retaining cone to minimize any avoidable wrinkles. Add gentle tension according to the 4-hour rule. Measure FEC monthly. -Ron |

Try the air method (but ballooning). Why? Because there is no pinching at all if done right. The skin is held down by Ron's awesome YSC, but not PINCHED down hard because it doesn't need to make anything airtight.
