No indnividual jewish person should be considered a spokesman for other jews. No single jewish person can correctly claim to speak for the jewish community. Jews are a collection of individuals and some jews oppose circumcision. The media is giving the impression that jews are a monolithic group who believes the same thing but the reality is that jewish people have different opinions on things.
