I tried searching but I had no luck so I have to ask. What does it mean when the site says the regular offers a discreet look and the GP offers a bolder anatomical look. Is it referring to the shaping in the pants or do the two grow the foreskin and shape the penis differently?

I think both have the same interface to your skin. The GP has a big glans-shaped knob on the end. If I recall it weighs over a pound. 5 - 10 ounces is plenty. The amount of weight you should wear depends on your skin thickness, penile girth, and the amount of time you'll wear it at one sitting (/standing).
