I know that so-called "ball-stretching" (stretching the scrotum to produce the "hanging balls effect") is not, strictly-speaking, part of foreskin restoration. In fact, philosophically, one could call it "destructive" in the same sense that circumcision is. But to be honest, I started getting interested in this lately, maybe as a spin-off of restoration. I'm thinking here of "moderate" stretching.
Any thoughts on this subject? Sync45 PS I have read certain warnings about damage that ball stretching can cause to male reproduction. |

Thanks, Admin. But as you say: if it's not harmful. That would definitely have to be clarified. And yes, I am interested because of very tight skin at the bottom of the shaft.

I suppose that, if done moderately, it shouldn't hurt, after all what's been stretched is only muscles and skin (the genital organs remain lose inside the sac).
I say moderately, because some people may just push it too far, the floor being the limit... ![]() It also raises issue of sac temperature control and sperm production and fertility. But again, done moderately and as compensation for foreskin amputation, it shouldn't hurt. |

Are you talking about stretching just the scrotum, or the contents as well?
I can see how the former might help with tightness on erection, but can't see how the latter would help. In fact, I would be very wary of the latter. Is it worth the risk?

Hi Broken.
Let me put it this way: Some of us have a scrotum which is very tight, even when warm, resembling that of a young boy. This tends to keep the testicles very high against the body. Stretching the scrotum allows the testicles to hang looser and lower - to drop farther down. In my case, the skin connecting the underside of the penis shaft to the scrotum is also very tight. Scrotum strecthing would seem to reduce the tension at that point, thus freeing up more shaft skin, which in turn, would help the foreskin restoration process. From the classic "low balls" photos I've seen, I would call most of them "excessive", and a grotesque distortion of the scrotum. Some guys have got them literally hanging halfway to their knees. This is too much. This exaggerated stretching may also have serious consequences on male reproductive health. I think the idea would be to have more "play" in the scrotum. The key word is moderation. Of course, we're talking here of stretching the "bag". The testicles, per se, are not the object of the exercise. Sync45 |
