Everyone I can remember who has achieved full flaccid coverage has reported getting a smooth shiny glans.
But you will only know when you get there. One thing to keep in mind is that there are many benefits beyond getting a smooth shiny glans... Regards

I've been starting to notice mine gradually disappear over the last 6 months or so, and I'm sure it has much to do with keeping my glans covered as often as possible while I'm awake. The moisture that builds up under the foreskin acts as an exfoliant to remove much of the keratinized tissue at the surface.
I've found it's important to drink plenty of water. When I'm dehydrated, it's not just the back of my throat that gets dry - though if I'm that thirsty, my foreskin is the least of my concerns.

The sides of my glans are smooth and shiny now but the center where my skin was torn from my glans still has the pits and grooves. They are scars.Their appearance is lessened but until a way is found to remove scars they are there.

I don't see why not. All you need is constant moisture and protection and nature do it's job.

The improvement to the glans is the biggest bonus from my restoration journey. It looks natural and the sensitivity is delicious. Get it covered and keep it covered and the improvements will follow remarkably quickly.
