I tried applying the tape yesterday when I was fully erect.
I didn't notice any new skin growth at the end of the day. Throughout the day the tension also felt different. It felt more like it use to when I wasn't adding the second layer of tape. More like stretching. I'm going to stick with applying the tape without an erection. If anyone has the same or more skin growth applying the tape when erect please share with us. |

When I take the tape off I have been using a wash cloth that I wet and then dab onto the tape.
I usually wet the paper, let it set and wet it more as needed. The tape comes off without any resistance when it's loosened. It takes between 5 and 15 minutes usually. Also if there is any residue I lightly rub the residue with the washcloth and it come right off. |

I have made a progress thread where I'm going to try to post weekly photos with info on how many days and how long I wore the tape that week.

I out of need tried something new with the way I applied the tape this week.
On and off I have had the tape shift a little as in move up a little leaving a little residue behind. Because I waned to work with a very small area I would reapply the tape if it shifted. This week I tried just applying tape over the existing to make the tape reach where I wanted it to. It worked. What I noticed at the end of the day was that with the second taping the tape had been more comfortable. Less feeling like skin was being irritated throughout the day. And I noticed my skin had grown more.??? So I tried that again from the beginning of the day. My skin grew considerably faster. Instead of taking 13-14 hours to grow 1/16 inch. It took me 8-10 depending on the level of tension and the consistency. Tape ----------original ------------------second layer ----------original ------------------second layer Skin(space) Tape ------------------second layer ----------original ------------------second layer ----------original Here is a picture of what I'm talking about. |

So, in my last post I explained how I was putting the tape closer together and achieving more skin growth.
Today near the end of wearing the tape I was thinking about how much skin I grew with my mishap when I was taking Extenze. I realized I had to of had more tension when the skin grew in that I didn't want. So what I tried was applying more tension. From what I can tell I doubled or tripled my average hourly rate for the couple hours I applied more tension. I'm pretty sure for me putting the tape closer together has allowed me to apply more tension comfortably. The amount I applied felt like a strong pull, but not too painful. |

I tried using the tape with higher tension for the whole day today and my skin just couldn't handle it.
For now I'm going back to my normal tension. |

I've started wearing the tape again and I'm taking creatine caps as well as a multi-vitamin, amino complex, and a multi-mineral.
I'm noticing about 2x the growth rate I was achieving before I stopped wearing the tape a couple months ago. I'm almost sure it's the Creatine that's doubling the growth rate. Note: Today I took the creatine at 2 different times, and I'm noticing better growth. Compared to taking it 1 time when I took it 2 days ago. Update: I've read up some on Creatine. I've found mixed info. It seems the levels drop after a couple hours. (That should explain why I noticed more sustained growth taking the creatine spread out.) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have not been wearing the tape for the last 2-3 months. I have not updated my pics for the last 2-3 months. I'm starting back now wearing it again. I'm going to post new a new pic at the end of this week. I'm not sure if you'll see much change in the new pic. I'll update as I can when I'm wearing the tape. Last edited by restorit; August 12th, 2012 at 16:31. |

Thanks for the updates!
Do you notice any reduction of skin tube length when you take a few months off? I take a few months off each year, and notice some, not much, but say 10% or less. Regards

Hi Greg,
Don't want to steal anyone's thunder but I noticed about the same as you - maybe a 5 or 10% reduction in length, but not much overall. I wonder if perhaps its just because the skin tightens up - more bumps and ridges to cover? |

When we stop for a few weeks, the swelling has a chance to go down and the muscels and connective tissue tighten up. That explains the reduction perhaps. there can be more to it, I just have not come across anything else so far. Another thing to be aware of is that the skin will continue to change long after you stop tugging for good. It adapts and changes appearance and function, even for more than a yaer after stopping. So you may not know exactly how it looks and acts for more than a year after you stop. Regards
