Is it possible to get a tighter foreskin with a tighter opening if you deliberately cut it or wound it? Someone claims this is true...

We can get a tight foreskin with our methods, why injure yourself?

The article seemed to be talking about intact men that wished for a tighter foreskin? I do not think I would injure myself to get my original equipment foreskin tighter. But they do not say enough to know what they mean by loose. And knowing how misinformed people are, I question even if they know whether it is indeed loose.

It's ignorant (at best), from beginning to end, with possibly a second agenda being presented. Loose foreskin = wound yourself it's so bad, vs incredibly convenient circ scar! Yay!. Or maybe the author didn't take his meds that week.

Why not just use a voodoo curse to shrink it? That would be much safer.
