Has any one used the CAT II Q with a tension strap? if you how much success did you have and did you use the push rod at all?

Maybe I'm missing something (wouldn't be the first time) but isn't the point of bi-directional devices like the CAT-Q and TLC-X to *not* use a strap?
I found using t-tape and a strap and even the regular TLC with a strap to be a giant pain in the rear and not effective. I didn't see any real gains until moving to the CAT-Q... Just wondering... |

While the Cat II Q is designed to not need a strap or tension device like the TLC-X it is still an option. The cat and tlcx both have a ring or something that you can attach a strap to for added tension. I noticed that cat does an excellent job on my inner foreskin but I feel that my outer skin isn't getting as much tension. I thought that maybe using a strap could help with outer skin growth. I still a rookie at this so I was hoping for some input!

I have been using the CAT II for some time now, and I have found that as long as you load your foreskin properly into the device, it seems to function great on its own without the strap. It was originally supplied with a stainless ring, and the pushrods are drilled in one end for the use of a strap, but I don't see a need. In fact, the main reason that I went with a bi-directional device was because I did not feel that the use of straps, weights, or elastics was really a good idea. Considering that the additional pulling may cause skin growth in areas that could be considered undesirable.
