Default New and ask for advice

Hi folks, I'm new to this forum.

would like to kindly ask for an advice:

I'm ci0 and I very much want to regrow.

What method is the best for me to use?

I've started with taping and a supporting cone (taping the cone and the skin together) and streching it, but from all of that I only got strech maks on the shaft after about a month of doing so with no inner skin growh (I have close to 0 inner skin)

Thanks so much for help,
mike.

It could be that with the amount of skin you currently have, you're leaving the cone on too long - it doesn't take much tension to get the skin growing. When you're just starting out, manual tugging is always a good bet, since you have complete control over the amount of tension and the areas of skin tugged. After a few weeks of it, you may have enough that the taped cone won't quite pull so hard, or you may just want to continue with manual.

T-tape is also another option for those starting with little skin on the penis:

And don't worry about having little inner foreskin. You'll tug that along with everything else, and over time you may even grow enough to cover the glans. It only depends how long you want to spend tugging. I've chatted with others who started and ended up without much inner skin, though, and they're just fine with it.

Cross taping and manual are common ways to start off with little skin remaining.

Cross taping is simple and gentle. It won't take you very far, but it is a good way to start. As was already said, manual is good as well, you control how much and when.

Start out gentle, then increase tension after you are comfortable.

Here are two links to help you get started:

When restorers measure their Forced Erect Coverage http://foreskin-restoration.net/foru...90&postcount=1 monthly the coverage change is on the order of 1mm to 3mm. A small fraction of that is due to inner skin growth, so the effect you were hoping to see/measure would be a change of less than 0.5mm (1/50 of an inch).

I seriously doubt you are in a position to reliably report that you had no inner skin growth.

Thanks for those advices. I'll look into them.

What is the best way for me to avoid having flacid outer skin on the shaft of the penis that I've got after a month of taping?

As you grow you will, of course, get more flaccid skin on your penis, that is the idea. I am not sure I understand.

If you mean why is the opening not so tight, then I would suggest that restoring puts the skin under stress. This stress causes a very slight swelling. This swelling can make the opening and skin appear to be baggy. Taking some time off reduces this swelling, ultimately over a year may be required for the skin to reach its final form and function.

What I mean is, for me, after applying the tension, the foreskin doesn't grow and doesn't progress to cover the glans, what happens is that the shaft skin becomes not as elastic as it used to be; it becomes more thin and flacid, like scourtum skin. It just seems wrong.

How can I minimize that and maximize the growth to progress in the direction of covering the glans?

Sorry for the bad English.

The tension serves as a trigger, or stimulus that causes skin cells to divide. Cell division = more cells = more skin.

This division and growth takes some time after tugging. Immediately after tugging, you should not expect to see the skin covering the glans, nor being more elastic. Instead it is reacting to the stress being tensioned. It generally is a bit swollen and pulls back perhaps.

However, I find that with inflation, my skin does appear thinner, and does cover more immediately after tugging. Then it retracts back and acts as above.

It may take a few hours or even days for the cells to divide and reach full size. And only a few may do this at a time, so you may not see much change for a few weeks.

I do not know how to both grow skin and minimize the temporary affects of tensioning the skin.

By opening, I meant the skin tube opening.

Hope that helps.

Regards

Maybe you can try the Novice SuperCanister system. I am a tight CI-1 and it has been working for me. They sell a combo pack that includes this silicone adhesive and tape. Read into the system, it might be helpful, as it's designed for tighly cut guys:

If you look at my other posts, I have posted a lot on the Novice SuperCanister bc it has given me back some hope.

Best of luck!!!!
