Unhappy Greetings and question

Dear Ron and Forum,

Thank you very much for your TLC Tugger, I received it yesterday. I just
want to ask you a question about this product that maybe I am using it an
inappropriate way:

I am 6.4" tall, my glans when erect is 1.6" wide, I don´t know if the cone
is small or bigger for me, but when I saw the video, part of my foreskin is
not shown in the extreme of the cone, also, even after I have been using
tape for more than one year, I have some skin to cover the cone, but if I
follow the instruction, is very strong pressure, I used to be comfortable
and not feel any pain because of the tape and strapple, but with the TLC
Tugger there is quite a lot of pain that doesn't allow me to walk properly,
also, after a certain time (like one hour), the cone is disconnected from me.
This also happens when I use it in the night time.

The tension that I apply is exactly what is shown in the video, near to the
safety pin, maybe is because I am very tall.

I would appreciate your feedback in this matter, I also was thinking to send
you some picture of my penis but I prefer to wait and do this only if it is
necessary.

Thank you and I will wait for your reply.

It sounds like you just need to adjust the straps for lower tension. For night time, try using no strap at all and see if you get through the whole night sometimes.

We have extra long straps for tall guys to sleep with. Maybe the video you watched doesn't really get into the tension adjustment part. I apologize for the lack of clarity in that regard.

The video that shows strap length adjustment is at:

The other leg strapping video is:
