Hey there! I've been wanting to do this for the last 7 years but I've finally reached a point where I can have the privacy to properly embark on a restoration. Anyway, here's my question--I have an uneven circumcision: I have an intact frenulum and on the bottom of my flaccid penis I'm about a CI4, but on top I'm a CI1 or CI2. I ordered a TLC-X because, as I understand, it's quite the product but I'm not sure if I have quite enough skin on top to begin using it right away (still haven't received it.) So my question--should I try t-tape or cross-taping to get a little more length on top before I even try the TLC-X?
thanks, I look forward to restoring, especially with this awesome community for support. -Supersenshi100 (20 yr old college student) |

You may want to try manual tugging. I have had great progress in getting loose skin by simply manual tugging. This website shows several methods for manual tugging. Method one and two are good for those whose skin is tight. I use the second method and I have just about enough skin to comfortably use my TLC-X.

Ok, I'll begin that immediately. Thank you so much for the rapid response! I've been looking all over the web for some advice for uneven circumcisions wanting to restore.

Because you are just starting out, you may want to use both manual tugging methods one and two. Method one will allow you to concentrate your tugging to just the dorsal or top surface. The second method will allow you to tug all of your shaft skin if done as suggested on the web site. But, by tilting your hands just right, you can concentrate the tugging to just the dorsal surface of the penis.
Although you are concerned with an uneven amount of skin, you should also try to tension your whole skin tube. You need to grow a lot of skin and you will find that as you progress, any unevenness will most likely correct itself. In other words, after you have sufficient slack skin to use a device, you can adjust how much skin is held by the device to apply slightly more tension in one area instead of another. I also seem have slightly more slack skin on my ventral (bottom) side. But, I am tugging all my skin. If I am still uneven after I grow some more skin, I will try to even it out.

Here is another manual tugging site that provides some more information on manual tugging. The technique described in this article is more suited for after you grow some slack skin.
Here is a website that describes the squeeze-stretch technique. Again, it is for when you have more skin.

Don't worry too much about the uneven cut. Many men are cut uneven. Over time with restoration the cut will even out. Find the silver lining - at least you have coverage/protection for any remaining frenular delta and frenulum!
In the beginning, "we" are often consumed with questions about the process and the outcome. My best advice is something someone said early on during my restoration. In fact, I think they used it as their "tag" line. "Worry less, tug more." Being a Type-A, I took this to mean, "Worry while you tug." ...lol You can learn while you tug as learning serves and important function for this process. However, the focus should be on the tugging. Restoration can be a lengthy healing process (physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual), so the sooner your start the sooner you'll accomplish whatever your goal is; the goal which can change, or evolve, over time. Welcome to the community. Are you tugging while you're reading this? If you don't have a device yet, I'll tell you this, you have two hands - put them to good use. I'll let you decide how many things you can do with two hands and one penis !Last edited by NaturalMikeSoon; October 2nd, 2008 at 07:37. Reason: Tyergrafekal erors! |

Well thank you very much for all the responses, Tally and NaturalMike
I'm eagerly awaiting my TLC-X and Your-Skin Cone delivery--as of right now I'm cross-taping getting a minor stretch going so I can cover the tugger as soon as I get it and I did try some manual tugging last night and I felt a lot of tension and a very small amount of discomfort so I think I was doing it right. Can't wait to use the Your-Skin cone in lieu of the tape--using the restroom is quite the ordeal :P |
