hey im 17 and new to restoration i've been manually tugging for like 1 week for about 5 or sometimes 30 mins a day i was wondering how do u know if its working or its starting to work. And also i've heard that pple with foreskins has a odor or a smell is there anyway u can have the foreskin without the smell or is that just a small price to pay cuz some girls might get put off by it.

for pple who have full restored could you pls tell me how much the pleasure has improved?

- to know if it's working the only real way is to measure the skin, and it can take a while to see gains, especially with manual only
- the smell is greatly exaggerated, and if clean it should not be apparent at all
- for me personally the biggest advantage has been in the gliding shaft skin, that alone was worth restoration, it's hard to fully understand this, but once you restore enough to experience it, it just feels "right"

To see if its working, keep doing it. Usually in a month or so people report seeing/experiencing looser skin and sometimes more pleasure.

As Cloud7 said, the odor thing is not an issue at all. Pro Circ people always blow this WAY out of proportion. And our society is obssessed with eliminating every odor on the face of the earth it seems, except if it is a deodarant or perfume created by man. I have two sons (15 & 18), both have their foreskin, and my wife and i have not noticed any oder at all. I am partially restored and have not noticed any odor, nor has my wife. Since everyone is different, you really have to wait and see. But keep in mind that even if you do find you have a sexy scent from your foreskin, that could be a good thing.

The feelings for me started getting better a month or so into restoration. They have continued to improve, especially after I got enough skin to have the so called "gliding action". But it is not just improvement to your exisiting feelings. You will also get new feelings, whole body feelings, feelings that make a difference at all stages of arousal. You will be able to enjoy all stages of arousal and not have to soley focus on getting to climax. Very hard to put in words, and of course YMMV.

It is well worth it.

After only 1 week there probably isn't enough new skin to be noticeable - but it will happen. As you grow more, you may notice first that the skin feels looser while you're stretching it. Then after a while there's a visible difference, and the new skin starts building up behind the corona.

It's hard to explain how much pleasure can improve. In my case, orgasms have gone from really good to earth-shattering. All it takes to improve sensitivity is to keep the glans and inner foreskin covered. There are methods of retaining this coverage before you're fully restored, or also tugging methods that keep you covered during the process.
