i'm 18 and was wondering if anyone here is restoring 15 to 24? bought the tugger a while back but havent used it due to tightness. i should do manual, but i dont. just wondering if any of you had different experiences bc of our age and body conditions... ie faster results. i guess i will have to religiously manually tug (more quality time with my member!), then go to the tugger, than hopefully to the tlc-x. i am a CI-1, but have always been loose enough to not hurt. would like to get to CI-10 and have a lot of overhang, but that is a long way off. any tips for starting off younger and in college would be appreciated!

Hi. I'm 19, and I started when I was 16. Let's start from the top:
You should do manual. Definitely do manual. It's not hard; if your computer is in a private spot, you can just watch a video on YouTube while you do it. If not, you should DEFINITELY at least do 20-30 seconds after you take a leak. Any time you're alone and you don't need your hands, manual is a good idea. You're probably looking at a max of two hours a day manual (though that may be overkill), and in 5-10 minute periods. However, this isn't exactly set in stone, and what works best varies for every person. Faster results due to a young age is a myth. Unless you're 80 years old, age won't be a factor. As for little tips... first off, at CI-1, your skin will be tight enough that cross-taping will be effective. What you do is simply take a piece of scotch tape, or some other weakly holding tape, and pull your skin over your glans and tape it in position, in an X. This method is pretty effective until CI-3, and it takes very, very little commitment. As long as you feel painless tension, any sort of painless tension, you're going to make progress. By that point, you'll be able to use the TLC tugger (hell, you'll probably be able to use the TLC-X) and you'll be set for the rest of your restoration. |

I did not start until my 40s, so I can only speculate as to what would have worked for me back then. However, if I knew then what I know now:
1) I think I would go with manual, O-rings, or a device that can go on and off easily. My life was too spontaneous at that age to use tape. 2) I would restrict my tugging sessions to short periods, 15-60 minutes for the most part. I would observe my progress, to see if this was working for me, making changes first in the amount of tension, rather than the time under tension. 3) I would shoot for a total of 10 sessions a week. They could be 2 or 3 times on some days, once other days, and none on some days. I would do them when convenient, not worrying too much if I missed a few session on some weeks. Again, observe progress and adjust as needed, starting to adjust first by changing the amount of tension. Note that there is nothing that says short session cannot be as effective, or even more effective, than longer sessions. And there is nothing wrong with taking time off. I take 3-4 months off each year, for various reasons, with a 3 month period in spring/summer. Don'y get too hung up on it, other than recognizing you will have to do it regularly and long enough. I would be willing at that age to trade off a somewhat reduced rate of growth for my active and spontaneous lifestyle, knowing that things felt just fantastic in the sex department and I had plenty of time ahead of me. Best wishes!

I'm 24.
Just keep working with the skin. Do what you can to keep some rolled over onto your glans most of the time; find a retaining solution that fits into your lifestyle. When I started out, I would use tape to hold my skin forward and over my glans as much as I could when I slept. And I wore a retainer during the day (and still do). After a few months you should have enough skin for the tugger to be effective. Find a roll-over point, too.. and work at keeping the same roll-over point each time. For me, the skin just above the scar line seems to be best for a roll-over point. You may find you have some dartos muscles there that contract to help with coverage when cool; it will provide you with the most inner skin contacting your glans; and it will keep the scar hidden, unless erect.Best of luck! |

being a young guy, what has your experience been like over the last 3 years? I am curious to know if guys in puberty with all that body growth going on restore faster than guys in their 20's or 30's.

I'm currently 23 and have been restoring off and on since I was 16.
I don't think our youth is much of time reducer, unfortunately. |

However, to answer your question specifically, I truly don't believe that guys in puberty restore any faster then middle aged men. It's more about your body's overall health, the abundance of the necessary vitamins and nutrients, and genetics. |

Age really isn't a factor, it just depends on how healthy the person is. I'm going to manually tug for a month and then start using the TLC Tugger. I am tugging manually and it's been a week, the skin feels more loose than last week.

Hey, i'm 15 and have been doing manual tugging for about 1-2months. I have noticed a slighter looser feeling, but of course not visual results, yet.
I may buy one of the things to pull on it without me having to do anything, i have got my own debit card so i wouldn't need to ask my parents to pay etc. |
