I have been using the VLC tugger for some time now and wanted to share my experience.
I use the VLC for two reasons : 1. To restore my foreskin by increasing the amount of slack skin 2. To provide some tension to the penis shaft, thus helping to encourage penis lengthening With respect to number 1, during the last few months I have certainly increased the amount of slack skin I have, thus increasing sensitivity. I am not circumcised so do not have the amount of work to do that some have. I am not there yet but am getting there fairly quickly. About number 2, the VLC certainly imparts some tension to the shaft, however with the shaft being some 4, 5 or more times thicker than just the foreskin, even if all the tension were put on the shaft, I have not been convinced that progress would be quick. I also perform manual exercises as recommended by the matters of size website, so the VLC is certainly useful in maintaining an all day stretch to maximise gains. However I have been looking at ways of increasing the tension provided by the VLC. The first and easiest thing to do is just tighten the strap and put as much tension as possible on the VLC. However this imparts alot of tension on the anchor point - the safety pin - and has caused some slight ripping of the strap, that would worsen if continued. I therefore set about trying to to do things : a. Improve the strength of the anchor point b. Increase the amount of tension on the VLC I tried several methods, some of which were rather fiddly and not much of an improvement. I then thought - why not dispense with the mid-strap anchor point altogether, surely it would be better to loop round the knee and attach both clips close to the VLC. I have a number of methods of doing this, the best being what will now be described. I now wrap the strap around the knee as per the usual instructions from the TLC website, and attach one clip to the VLC. Each strap end has a bar just below the clip, to which the strap end is attached. I take the other strap end and clip it to this bar on the other end. This takes some practice, particularly when you are working with higher tensions but I have used this now for a couple of weeks and it is very easy once you are used to it. I estimate that it provides in excess of 2kg of tension. I have included a photo in order to make this method more clear. If you use a TLC i.e. a tugger with a vent hole, and are concentrating on just foreskin restoration, you probably do not need to use higher tensions. In my experience, the more slack skin you have, the easier it is to tug with the VLC and the more tug you get on the shaft, so it is a good idea to do some tugging on the skin first - get as much skin as possible into the your skin cone when tugging in order to pull as much on the skin as possible at first, then as the skin grows the tension on the shaft builds.
