how does it wrap around the glans?

The device doesn't wrap around the glans. It is positioned and aligned at the urethral opening, and the shaft skin is then rolled up & over the layer of 1" reversed tape like a conventional canister. With the inner skin adhered to the tape, an outer layer of 2" tape is then applied to lock it into place.

The only thing wrapped around the glans is your foreskin.

can you elaborate on the mechanics of urination with this device a little. How do you know you are peeing into the hole? I assume if your not peeing into the hole exactly, your just peeing all over your glans and foreskin and it drains out the hole.

The hole is aligned with the urethra. The tape maintains a tight seal to prevent leaks. You urinate normally. A steady controllable low pressure stream naturally flows out the device. When done a few shakes removes any residual urine.

I wear this during the day, in which I probably urinate about 6-8 times. There are no leaks or discomfort. When I remove the tape after about 12 hours of wearing, the glans and inner skin is dry.

It is much cleaner than the 35mm film canister approach, when sometimes the pee would hit the edge of the canister and spray all over the floor or my jeans.

With a regular film canister you can poke your glans through the hole in the bottom of the canister (after unclipping the handle) to aim and urinate.

I used the film canister for many months, most of the time I could pee ok, but sometimes I couldn't. It's not always that easy either to move the glans inside the film canister. I've had to mop up the floor more than once.

With the SuperCanister design, one will never have a pee mishap. Once you try the new design, you will find using a 35mm film canister is crude in comparison.
