Well I would not put tape on my glans and yes it is different from tape the material is going on as a liquid or spray then setting up to achieve tackyness that means there has to be some evaporitive process. Nothing being absorbed by the skin? Silicone forms a protective covering ? Ok I guess I need to talk to my sister in law who is an RN and find out a bit more about this medical grade silicone adhesive stuff before I, in my ignorance aggrevate someone.

I just spoke to my RN sister in law and she confirmed these types of silicone adhesives are not only safe to use but are very widely used now in the medical community even taking the place of sutures that used to be used to hold tubes in place when they are inserted into the chest cavity for various reasons.

Looks like I will be placing an order afterall.

I bought some (both spray and bottle), and have to say that it really holds! I don't tape often, but find it useful to retain (when I dont want to actually wear a retainer), or to get a little adhesion with a cone when I just seem to be slipping out. Whenever I use the remover, I use it sparingly as it is a little sting-ie on me, but all in all a great product.

Would it be safe to... Put a condom on after you've applied the glue and kept your foreskin rolled over the head? This is how I usually like to put a condom on.. it seems like it would be perfectly fine right?

I would not recommend that. As I've used both the spray and the brush on liquid, the adhesive is very sticky but does give a little. If you used a condom, it will likely stick to the adhesive and rip.

MRS/MRS-II have not been tested for compatibilty with condoms, hence should not be used when practicing safe sex.

If you want to use a condom to keep adhesive contained and from getting transfered to clothing or other places, I don't think it would cause any harm.

Is this spray applicant ok for someone just starting out restoring with a c1 coverage? I mean I guess I could roll less skin on the the glans so they're half covered rather than almost-to completely covered up, and use more skin as I progress.
I was wondering if I could use this as a retainer, I plan to use the SuperCanister 16 or so hours a day, and use this spray to retain when not using the canister.

Is this a lost cause now? I was quite keen on the idea, but Im not sure it's taken off with restorers. I would like to *BUMP* this thread please and ask if anyone is using this method still.

MRS (Adhesi-Med) has many uses, what do you want to do? I use it almost everyday for attaching the Supercanister. Also use it with DTR. It is a very popular item.

Im still in the early days of restoration, and just having the foreskin half covering my glans is still under tension. Could I use this instead of tape for sleeping and working? Must be very cool to pull forward, spray and forget.
