Is there any concensus on applying MRS / MRS II when flaccid or erect?

probably depends on your ci # as to whether you can apply erect. i cant so i feel like flacid keeps steady tension and have added a tape ring today to see if that helps keep the inevitable erection from pulling the glue loose.

I have been applying the silicone to both glans and the foreskin it is holding in place to help keep the skin forward when erect. I far along in my restoration efforts and am using the silicone to help grow the skin needed for full coverage when erect.
