I think all to whom this option is within reach should do this.
It really is about f-in' time. http://www.4eric.org/complaint-again...doctors-filed/ Complaint Against The Doctors Filed Posted on February 20, 2011 by Michael The Doctors, a TV program viewed by millions of people across the globe, has gotten out of hand, especially recently with their breach of professional conduct. These doctors humiliate, demean, and belittle members of the public for their circumcision status. It does not make any sense for doctors to improperly promote unnecessary surgery and the abusive treatment of minors, to satisfy their preferences. A letter of complaint will be sent to the Medical Board of California – Central Complaint Unit next Tuesday, 22 February 2011.

Here's what's annoying; OK, so the foreskin might be a breeding ground for bacteria. But has anybody decided to take a look inside the warm moist hole that is the vagina?
The entire body is a breeding ground for bacteria. Duh! ![]()

i have acne (a skin infection) and yet no doctor has suggested cutting off my skin.
every part of the body can be infected. thats why doctors are supposed to treat when an infection arises. to amputate healthy tissue is against the doctors oath.we have very effective antibiotics we should use them.

The health benefits of circumcision are vastly overrated and mostly hypothetical anyway. That's why the new pro-circ talking points refer to the "potential benefits" of circumcision: that way they set a very low standard.
But circumcision is not a medical issue. That debate was over in 1999. It's a human rights issue now. It is only a matter of time before it will be banned in the U.S. Meanwhile, the U.S. circumcision rate will continue to drop every year. Congress is likely to cut Medicaid, and most states are running a deficit, and some are billions in the hole. It is likely that additional states will eliminate Medicaid funding for circumcision. It's almost guaranteed to happen. Scare tactics will be used to frighten a gullible American public back to circumcision of newborn boys. The latest is circumcision allegedly prevents HPV, and therefore prevents throat cancer. There may be many more horrifying things that circumcision prevents, coming from those who want to perpetuate the practice because they make money from it. But hospital-borne infections and subsequent death of newly-circumcised babies may ultimately bring RIC to a screeching halt. |
