I'll be brief in my question.
When foregen 'opens', will they be able to correct a circumcised mans' feeling PAIN if he touches his penis AFTER ORGASM? WHAT is the cause of this? Uncut men have the opposite of this problem. Will having a foreskin fix this?? Or is it a result of irreparable neurological damage from residual pain of circumcision?? Also, on the side, nuero plasticity will cause our brains structure to also "regenerate" from ANY effects of circumcision once our foreskins are regenerated, right? More on this?

Not so fast. $35,000 would pay for preliminary lab work and something like a demonstration of a very basic concept in a petri dish on a lab tabletop, the first stage. What you are thinking of is the final end goal, the last stage. We still have all the stages in between.
